Terry Lin – Associate
Terry Lin received an undergraduate degree from the School of Respiratory Therapy of the Taipei Medical University. He practised in the Tri-Service General Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist for 2 years. He then received a Master of Laws degree from the National Taipei University Department of Law and began practising as an attorney. He specialises in medical law matters, general civil and criminal law proceedings, and corporate matters. Prior coming to Wang and Partners Attorney at Law, Terry worked as a Legal Manager in a leading drug development company, and therefore, he has experience in medical law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
With his medical and legal background, along with his experience in both the medical and legal profession, Terry is always very capable of providing his clients with appropriate and reasonable legal advises.

Tony Chao received his bachelor and master of law degrees from the National Taipei University. During his law school years, he received first place in an essay competition held by the Center for Comparative Law Documentation, first place and best mooter in the Lee and Li 2016 Moot Court Competition, and first place in the 2018 Taipei Workplace Gender Equality Essay Competition. He speaks Japanese and passed the (JLPT)N2 level Japanese language proficiency test.
He has experience in the following areas: general civil and criminal proceedings, arbitration, employment disputes, construction disputes, property and conveyancing and sexual harassment matters. He also specialises in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, as he has represented large private corporations. Significantly, he has worked in a high profile celebrity divorce matter, a Far Eastern Group’s dispute and the famous construction of the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying).
Tony Chao has also published books in the area of construction, gender equality in the workplace, and sexual harassment. He also writes on legal topics providing professional advice in the Commercial Times and the United Daily News columns.

鍾宛蓉律師於2005年取得中華民國律師資格，專研「性別平等法」及「教育法」領域，因實務經驗豐富，各界演講邀約不斷。擔任教育部及全國各縣市教育局（處）之校園性別事件調查專業人員培訓講師超過十年、撰寫法普書籍「學校，請你這樣保護我」熱銷數萬冊、參與性別平等法制研修計畫及學術研討會。曾任高雄市婦女權益促進委員會委員、現任臺北市性別平等教育委員會委員、現任內政部防制跟蹤騷擾推動諮詢小組委員。專業領域：性別爭議事件、輔導管教暨教育爭議事件、行政爭訟事件、財產訴訟事件、家事事件。

王羽丞律師於105年通過中華民國律師高考，曾於法院擔任法官助理約四年，熟知法院實務運作，並於律師執業期間，承辦過上百起訴訟案件，對於一般民、刑事、家事等訴訟經驗相當豐富，亦處理過上市公司經營權爭奪、財報不實、內線交易等證交法案件、及國內大型詐欺案等社會矚目案件。

Attorney Lin Chia-Hui passed the Financial and Tax Law category of the Republic of China National Bar Examination in 2023. She also holds dual licenses as a Land Administration Agent and Real Estate Broker. Before practicing law, she independently worked as a licensed Land Administration Agent at a land administration office, specializing in real estate tax planning and possessing extensive experience in the real estate sector.
