王偉霖顧問於1998年取得中華民國律師資格，後赴美留學攻讀博碩士學位，並取得美國紐約州律師資格，先後受雇於國內外大型律師事務所，熟稔智慧財產權法、國際技術移轉、國際貿易與國際投資、公司法與企業併購等領域，再取得中華民國專利師與中華民國仲裁協會仲裁人等專業資格。
Wei-Lin Wang is a Taiwan and US attorney. In 1998, after being admitted to the Taiwan Bar Association, he continued his legal education in the US and obtained a PhD in law. He is also a Taiwan Patent Attorney and accredited Arbitrator.
He has worked in Taiwan and US top tier firms, and specializes in the areas of intellectual property, international technology transfer, international trade and direct investment, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.
Wei-Lin Wang strongly believes that educating young lawyers is important. As a professor at law, Wei-Lin Wang has taught in many undergraduate and postgraduate programs in universities, and has published tens of academic papers and several leading texts.
He has been an independent director for many large corporations and has been the general legal director of leading domestic institutes. Through his experiences, Wei-Lin Wang believes that it is important for industries and universities to connect and collaborate, and has been facilitating these opportunities by speaking in various law seminars.
On top of his 20 years experience in the legal profession, Wei-Lin Wang is particularly skilled in resolving disputes not just from a lawyer’s perspective, but also brings in the industry’s perspective and the perspective of an academic.

李佳鈴法律顧問是美國密蘇里州執業律師。美國聖路易華盛頓大學法學院法律博士畢業後任職於台灣南臺科技大學財經法律研究所，擔任專任助理教授，專精智慧財產權法與商事法，並擁有認證資訊隱私專家證照。在執業前曾於美國紐約智財律所Cittone, Demers & Arneri LLP實習，亦曾在美國加州大學舊金山法學院(前加州大學哈斯汀法學院)擔任訪問學者，產學經驗豐富。
Katie Lee is a licensed attorney in Missouri, United States. Following graduation from Washington University in Saint Louis, she began her career in academia serving as an assistant professor of law at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. She specializes in intellectual property (IP) and corporate law with the Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) certification. Prior to admission to practice law in Missouri, she has externed at Cittone, Demers & Arneri LLP, an IP law firm in New York, and served as a visiting scholar at University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (Formerly UC Hastings).
