陳克易Kenny Chen

陳克易法務主任多年協助律師辦理案件，於國內外民事訴訟、刑事訴訟、智慧財產權法案件、勞動事件、契約撰擬審閱、商務協商及調解等有相當之經驗，且具良好協調溝通、整合分析能力，可快速吸收瞭解承辦事件之全貌與癥結，輔以歷年養成之社會歷練，能充分協助律師、當事人規劃最佳法律策略。
Kenny Chen received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Soochow University and his Master of Laws degree from the Graduate Institute of Intellectual Property Right School of Law, Shih Hsin University He started to work in private practice since he was studying his Masters degree. In 2009, he participated in a project lead by the Judicial Yuan. He was responsible for researching cases and academic papers in the area of trade secrets.
While having much experience in legal research, Kenny Chen has extensive experience in practice, as he has spent most of his time in private practice, assisting lawyers in various legal matters. He has dealt with litigious matters, including civil and criminal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations. He has also dealt with non-litigious matters, including intellectual property matters, employment matters, and contract drafting.
Kenny Chen has excellent communication and negotiations skills. He is skilled at deconstructing complex legal facts and getting specifically to the precise legal issue. Clients often are able to benefit from his advanced analytical skills and obtain the best legal outcome.

洪璿芷Jessica Hung

洪璿芷畢業於國立高雄餐旅大學觀光研究所(前身旅遊管理研究所)，網路行銷及攝影皆有涉略，協助律師接待客戶及專案管理案件，掌握案件進度及追蹤，在112年完成法律專班課業。擁有華廈訓評國際禮儀接待員乙級執照。
Jessica graduates from the Graduate Institute of Tourism Management of the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism. She then worked at台寶旅遊 a Shanghai company, and was in charge of Taiwan travel affairs. She is skilled at wedding photography and curating private travel experiences. She was Spring Bus’ Marketing Manager and Zhongli Railway Station Visitor Information Center’s Leader.
She holds a TOEIC 520 score and speaks Japanese, holding a N2 level in the Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT). Jessica is currently studying law at university.

在大學就學期間即進入財團法人海峽交流基金會工作，曾任處室登記桌、總發文人員及總機人員，對於行政工作有多年經驗；且擁有多次展演活動工作人員經驗。
